Exercise may equal medication in easing depression, experts say]

SUNDAY, Nov. 6 (HealthDay News) -- The millions of Americans stricken each year by debilitating depression may want to consider running away from their problem -- or walking, swimming or dancing it away.

"What the studies are showing is that exercise, at least when performed in a group setting, seems to be at least as effective as standard antidepressant medications in reducing symptoms in patients with major depression," said researcher James Blumenthal, a professor of medical psychology at Duke University in Durham, N.C.

በጣም ጥሩ ነገር ነው አየጠቆምከን ያለህው :: ስንፍና አይሁንብኝና አስቲ ጠቃሚ ደረ ገፅ ያየህው ካልህ ስለ አንዳንድ አካል አንቅስቃሴ ለምሳሌ ሆድ አካባቢ የሚጠቅሙ አንቅስቃሴዋችና የክብደት ማንሳት ቴክኒኮችን የሚገልጽ ገፅ ብትጠቁመኝ ?

ሰላም መብረቁ ! እየሞከርክ ያለኸው Triathlon እንዲሳካልህ ምኞቴ ነው ! ለውድድር እየተዘጋጀህ ከሆን በርታ ! ስለዚህ ሌላ ጊዜ እጽፋለሁ !



ለምናደርገው ማንኛውም አይነት የስፖርት እንቅስቃሴ የሆድ ጡንቻ መጠንከር ወሳኝ እና አስፈላጊ ነው ! ባሁኑ ወቅት በስፖርት አለም የሚሳተፍ ማንኛውም ፕሮፍ abdominal muscle እንቅስቃሴ ያደርጋል :: ምክንያቱም የሆድ ጡንቻ (rectus abdominis, tranversus abdominis, internal and external abdominal obliques) CORE ጡንቻዎች መካከል አንዱ ስለሆነ !

የተለያዩ አሰልጣኞች ለሆድ ጡንቻ የትኛው exercise ይጠቅማል ተብለው ቢጠየቁ የተለያየ መልስ ይሰጣሉ ! በዚህ የተነሳ አትሌቶች ይደናገራሉ :: እና ለዚህ ነገር መፍትሄ ለማግኘት አሜሪካው የአካል እንቅስቃሴ ካውንስል (ACE) መልስ ማግኘት እንዲቻል ጥናት እንዲጠና አድርጎ ነበር :: በዚህም ጥናት መሰረት የሚከተው ውጤት ተገኝቷል ! በውጤቱ መሰረት ለሆድ ጡንቻ እንዲጠነክር እና ሁሉንም በሆዳችንን አካባቢ ያሉትን ጡንቻዎች እንዲሰሩ የሚያደርጉ እንቅስቃሴ አይነቶች ከዚህ በታች ቀርበዋል :: በዚህ ረገድ በአንደኛ ደረጃ ያለው እንቅስቃሴ ከሁሉም የተሻለ ነው ! ማለትም አንደኛውን ብቻ ብንሰራ ከሌሎቹ ይሻላል !

አንድ ማሳሰቢያ አለኝ ! እነዚህ የስፖርት አይነቶች የሚረዱን የሆዳችንን ጡንቻ ለማጠንከር ብቻ ነው ! ይህ አብዛኞቻችን የምናውቀውን 6 ፓክ እያልን የምንጠራውን አይነት ጡንቻ እንዲታይልን ከፈለግን ተጨማሪ አካል እንቅስቃሴ ማድረግ ይጠበቅብናል :: ጡንቻችን እንዲታይ በቆዳችን ስር ተሰግስጎ የሚገኘውን ስብ ማስወገድ አለብን ! የስብ ክምችት እያለ የፈለግነውን የሰውነት ማጎልመሻ እንቅስቃሴ ብንሰራ ጡንቻዎቻችን በቀላሉ ሊታዩ አይችሉም ! ለዚህም ፍቱን መፍትሄው aerobic exercise እንደ ሩጫ ያሉ የአካል እንቅስቃሴዎችን መስራት ያሰፈልገናል ::

ምነው ምነው የስፖርት ቤት ውስጥ ስለ ጠጅ ክርክር ? ወንዶቹ ቁም ስፖርት ስፖርት ስንል እናንተ ደግሞ ጠጅ ጠጅ አሰኛችሁ ? ጥፋቱ የሩኒ ነው ! ምንም ዛፍ የሌለሽን አንቺን ባማርር ይቀለኛል :: ሽቅብማ ልናገር አልችልም !

ልምምድ 1:- በጀርባህ ወለል (ምንጣፍ ) ላይ ትጋደምና እግርህን በትከሻህ ስፋት ልክ ትከፍታለህ ...ከዛ ስፋቱን እንደጠበቅክ ሁለቱንም የእግሮችህን ተረከዞች ወደ መቀመጫህ ታመጣቸዋለህ (ጉልበትህን አጥፈህ ) አሁን እግሮጭ ታጥፈው ጀርባህ ወለል እንደነካ ነው :: ከዛ ከወገብህ የተወሰነ ከወለሉ አየር ስበህ በመነሳት በቀኝ እጅህ የግራ እግርህን ውጫዊ ጭን 10 ሰከንድ በጣም ትጫናለህ ..ከዛ የያዝከውን አየር በመልቀቅ ተመልሰህ ወደ ወለሉ በጀርባህ ታርፋለህ ...ከዚያ አየር እንደገና በመሳብ ከወገብህ ትንሽ በመንሳት በግራ እጅህ የቀኝ እግርህን ውጫዊ ጭን በጣም ገፍተህ ላስር ሰከንድ ትይዛለህ ....ከዛ እንደመጀሪያው የያዝከውን አየር በማስወጣት በጀርባህ ቀድሞ ወደ ነበርክበት ፖዝሽን ትመለሳለህ ...ይህን ልምምድ ለመጀመሪያ ግዜ አምስት አምስት ..ከዛ 10 ጊዜ በላይ በቀኝም በግራ ለመስራት ሞክር ....

ሁለተኛው :- እዛው ፖዝሽን ላይ ሆነህ ...አሁን ደግሞ ፊት ለፊት አየር ስበህ በመነሳት ...ቀኝ እጅህ በቀኝ ጭንህ ላይ ግራ እጅህ በግራ ጭንህ ላይ በማድረግ 10 ሰከንድ በጣም ተጭነህ ትገፋለህ ..ከዛ የያዝከውን አየር በመተንፈስ ወደ ቦታህ ጀርባህን ታሳርፋለህ ...ይሄን ልምምድ እየደጋገምክ 5 እስከ 10 ጊዜ ስራ .... ቀላል ነች Smile
