ሰሞኑን በሆነ አጋጣሚ አዲስ አበባ ስለነበርኩ : በመንግሥቱ ወርቁ ቀብር ላይ ተገኝቼ ነበር :: ታድያ እንደተመለስኩ በዚሁ ድንቅ ኩዋስ ተጨዋች ሞት ዙርያ ቤት ሳይከፈት አይቀርም ብዬ ገምቼ ዋርካ ላይ ዘው ስል ግምቴ ልክ ሆኖ አገኘሁት :: ያላወኩት የነበረው ግን ከአርዕስት ውጪ የሚዘባርቁ ዋርካውያን ይህን ይሀል መበርከታቸው ነው :: እስቲ ስለመንግሥቱ ወርቁ ዕረፍት በተከፈተበት ቤት ስለ ደደቢት ......ገለመሌ መዘባረቅ ምን ይሉታል ......ደደብነት ??

ለማንኛውም ለመንግሥቱ ወርቁ ሊደረግለት ከሚገባው እጅግ ዝቅተኛ ስርእት ቢሆንም በርካታ ወዳጅ ዘመዶቹ እና ከመንግሥቱ ጋር የተጫወቱና መንግሥቱ ያሰለጠናቸው የኩዋስ ሕብረተሰብ በተገኝበት አንድ ባልታወቀ ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ እጅግ ርቆ ከሚገኝ አውላላ ሜዳ ላይ ተቀብሮዋል ::

እሑድ መጋቢት 25 ቀን 2003 ዓ .ም . የኢትዮጵያ ሴቶች እግር ኳስ ቡድን የጋና አቻቸውን ሽታዬ ሲሣይ በ 14ኛው ደቂቃ ባስቆጠረችው ጎል 1 - 0 አሸንፈዋል ::

ምንጭ :- EthioSports, Sunday Aprol 3, 2011. Olympic Women Soccer: Ethiopia 1 Ghana 0

ይህንን ውጤት ከወንዶቹ የሽንፈት ሬኮርድ ጋር አነፃፅሩት :- በቅርቡ እንኳን የወንዶች ብሔራዊ ቡድን በናይጄሪያ 4-0 በክለቦች ደረጃ ደግሞ የደደቢት ቡድን በግብፁ አል -ሁዳድ በደርሶ መልስ 5-1 ተሸንፈዋል ::

ቅዳሜ ሚያዝያ 8 ቀን 2003 ዓ .ም .:-በኢትዮጵያ የእግር ኳስ ታሪክ ዛሬ ትልቅ ቀን ነው :: ቀኑን ትልቅ ያደረጉት ደግሞ ከኢጣሊያ ወረራ በኋላ እግር ኳስ ሲጫወቱ የኖሩት የወንዶች ቡድኖች ሣይሆኑ ሴቶች እህቶቻችን ናቸው :: ከዚህ በፊት እንደገለፅኩት የኢትዮጵያ ወንዶች እግር ኳስ መሠረታዊ የሆነ ለውጥ ይፈልጋል :: ከአደረጃጀት : ምልመላ : እና የተጫዋቾቸና አሠልጣኞች የሥነ -ልቦና ለውጥ ::

በኢትዮጵያ የሴቶች እግር ኳስ ቡድኖች ተጫዋቾች በሺዎች የሚቆጠር ደመወዝ አይከፈላቸውም : ከፌዴሬሽኑ ጠንካራ ድጋፍ አያገኙም : ብዙ ክለቦች የሉም :: ነገር ግን በውጤት ደረጃ ሲታይ ከ 50 ዓመታት በላይ ሲንፏቀቅ የኖረው የወንዶቹ እግር ኳስ አንዴም አስገኝቶ የማያውቀውን ውጤት ሴቶች እህቶቻችን አስገኙልን :: በርቱልን እህቶቻችን !!!

Accra, Ghana – The Ethiopian national women football team “ Lucy” advanced to the semi-final of the 2012 London Olympic African qualifier on away goal rule despite losing 2-1 to the Black Queens of Ghana here today.

In the first leg match, the Ethiopian ladies won 1-0 in Addis Ababa.

Although the aggregate score was 2-2 (1-0, 1-2), the Ethiopian team advanced on away goal rule.

The Black Queens appeared on the verge of progressing in the qualifiers when Faisa Ibrahim’ s header opened the scoring in the first half.

Leticia Zikpi doubled Ghana’ s lead after the break but the 2012 Olympic Games dream went out of the window when Ethiopia’ s Rehima Zergaw got the consolation goal in the dying minutes of the game.
