በቅንጅት አመራር አባላት በጋዜጠኞች በሲቪክ ማኅበራት ሰራተኞችና ጠቅላላው በ 131 ተጠርጣሪዎች ላይ ዓቃቤ ሕግ የክስ ቻርድ ለፍርድ ቤት አስገባ። የተጠርጣሪ ጠበቆች ያቀረቡትን የዋስትና ጥያቄ ዐቃቤ ሕግ ተቃውሞ ያቀረበ ሲሆን ፍ /ቤቱ ጉዳዩን ለመመልከት የፊታችን ዕረቡ ተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ ሰጥቷል።
