Just so you know, because it was written by some one it doesn't mean it's a fact. I do know that Islam doesn't recognise other religions as being legit, but it doesn't mean it's racist. The social classes you described didn't come up untill the caliphate of Muawiya at the begining of the Umayyad Dynasty from 661-750. During the prophet's time, Islam was actually the religion of the disenfranchised. During the the Rightly Guided Caliphs, specially during Umar's Caliphate the Islamic empire was under great expansion and the people in the newly conquered states didn't mind being rulled by the Muslims because they let them own land and practice their religions, unlike the Bezyntine Christian Empire they were under (but I'm too decent to put there actions on all christians .) Again, PEOPLE'S ACTIONS DON'T DICTATE RELIGIOUS LAWS!!! just because there was separation of class during the umayyad, does that mean Islam suddenly encourages segregation? (please use logical reasoning) hint: it doesn't!!
How does one country's constitution dictate how the rest of muslims believe again?

Your suggestions/questions seem a bit too stiff. And please don't take my commets for being harsh. It seems like you've already made your mind about the issues you talked about so i really don't understand the point of you posting here. I mean, we're supposed to learn from eachother but you've already made your mind so why bother? አይደል . You're kinda ruining it for us that want to get something out of this thread.
