የአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ የ 19978 ዓ .ም መደበኛ የትምህርት መጀመሪያ ጊዜውን ማራዘሙን ሳይሰሙ ቀርተው ወደ ዩኒቨርስቲው የመጡ ብዛት ያላቸው ተማሪዎች ወደየመጡበት ሊመለሱ ያስችላቸዋል ያለውን 180 ብር በመስጠት ማሰናበቱን ለማወቅ ተችሏል።

ወገኒ ስማ ! እንዲህ አይነት መሰሪና ተንኮለኛ መንግስት በሀገራችን ታሪክ ታይቶ አይታወቅም :: በየክልሉ በተንኮል ከፋፍሎ ማደናቆሩ ሳያንስ ከነጭራሱ ትምህርት እንዳይማሩ ማድረግን የመሰለ ከባድ ወንጀል ይኖራል ?
