Warka's objective is to foster dialogue, collaboration and knowledge sharing among Ethiopians (both in and outside the country) by offering appropriate e-forums in local Ethiopian languages in a free, open and democratic spirit.

3) Is Warka a moderated forum ?

Warka Forums are open to all, free, and not moderated (i.e. uncensored). Not moderated as anyone who registers with a valid email address can post a message on any forum.

As a non-partisan and independent forum, Warka administrator will not censor anything on the basis of one's cultural identity(including ethnicity, religion or language), gender, or political views.

However, Warka Administrators reserve the right to remove objectionable post with or without warning at any time.

Registered Warka users have the right to report message that they find offensive, generally objectionable or violate our rules and regulation.We highly encourage all Warka users to use the "reporting feature".

Warka administrators have most likely received repeated reports that this is an offensive message and/or have themselves, at their own discretion, determined it either violates Warka's rules and regulations or is inappropriate to the forum.
